WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

  • Saunas help relax muscles, reduce tension, and can ease joint pain or delayed onset muscle soreness after exercise.

  • Regular sauna use can mimic moderate exercise by increasing heart rate and improving vascular function.

  • While the liver/kidneys do most detoxing, intense sweating helps remove trace toxins and impurities from the skin.

  • Heat exposure may stimulate white blood cell production, supporting immune function.

  • Sweating cleans pores, improves circulation to the skin, and can give a healthier complexion.

  • Heat relaxes the body, lowers cortisol, and activates the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") system.

  • Post-sauna relaxation can help reduce stress and encourage deeper, more restful sleep.

  • Heat exposure can boost endorphins and promote a sense of wellbeing.

  • Saunas slightly increase metabolic rate as the body works to regulate temperature.
